Intel says: "Buy DDR3 nao!" and is working hard to get DDR3 prices down before Nehalem launch. Company called Metaram found out a way to put upto 16GB on one stick with fairly low cost. And Intel just <3 that.

kickass or what? Maybe these will help me to get cheap DDR3 1GB sticks yay.

Whats fairly low cost? The cost of current 16gb ddr3s? Will be expensive but i like the sound of 16Bg on one stick. Imagine if we had only 1 stick of memory in our PC and it would have a giant cooler on it. It would be like the CPU and its massive cooler.

Fuck intel. I'm not buying DDR3 until I actually upgrade in december when Nehalem comes out. Especially when DDR3 is fucktons expensive.

Didn't you say ur gonna buy Q9450?
Decided against it. I'd get a bigger performance upgrade going to Nehalem + 9900 series.

You would get an even bigger performance upgrade if you'd wait for another CPU/GFX generation.
