My core speed is 560 on the slider, 468 on the graph.

What do I believe?
edit: On GPU-Z, it says it's 560 in the 'Graphics Card' tab, and 450 in the 'Sensors' tab.
I'm getting 3 different readings.

your sensors are messed up?

i'd believe GPU-Z/RivaTuner.

Whatever GPU-Z sees should be correct.

I've had problems with overclocking programs massively downclocking my card before. Dunno why.

That's propably the 2D clock. Leave something logging (Like RivaTuner) while you run a 3D app, and your clock speeds should rise.
The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. If that is what you want to hear then there is no problem with that, but by adding so much additional material (by way of harmonics and intermodulation) you have a tailored sound system, not a hi-fi. - Rod Elliot, ESP
