btw... you think those pilots enjoy rollercoasters?
No
I hate roller coasters, and i wanna be a pilot.

Should i be worried? Anyhow, one time i saw some fighters go over my house in formation, dunno what type though i was too busy taking pics... of course, my memory was full and i regret it at least im going to RAF Cosford on 6th June, so i can see the airshow

And, like someone said they saw a shoreline patrol, i got that evryday at Skegness, except with jets not helicopters

There were a ton of F-22s down here I heard. They're coming down next weekend again. I'm gonna try and get them on film.

I'm going to the airfield tomorrow with my friend. There are 6 F-22s there right now.

Most regularly I see the Police chopper lol, but sometimes see the odd Chinook. If I go to the coast you can sometimes see Tornado's flying overhead and an AWACS, shorepatrol I reckon. Usually see two Tornados flying up and down the coast in the weeks leading up to the Airshow.

I don't live in some backwards countryside village which the Military use as a bombing range. So no, I don't see much. I do see the Red Arrows flying around whenever there is something major going on at Wembley or something.

Some time ago the base near my house has been shut down, but when it was still open I usually saw F16's flying over. They still do sometime tho. It's really a pleasure to see those things up in the sky

I work for Boeing in St Louis where we build the F-18's and F-15s.  I listen to them roar out of here on a daily basis.  Getting to climb around them over on the factory floor and sit in the cockpit to troubleshoot avionics problems makes my job worth every moment I spend not getting to do that stuff.  Standing on the tarmac 100 yards away from an F-18 doing engine tests will blow your mind.  (and your eardrums)

I see the occasional blackhawk training exercises, but other than that, all the big aircraft are stationed about 100 miles north.

Living in DC I see MH-53s or something similar (the presidential helicopters) every so often, but not much else.

Dident they decide not to build F-22's and go with the F-35 II design?

I live near Pease air force base and i've seen plenty of A-10's, hornets, F-16's, etc (Including Air Force One but it was probably a decoy or somethin) and all but not F-22's. I stuck my head in an F-22's jet engine at a museum though

Happened to me a few times when I lived in Michigan, in a very remote area. So that was weird too.

Here in NY its just random Black Hawks.
