The fact is the US has a presence in the ME and meddles constantly, while most other countries don't and certainly none do to the same extent.
The US also practices an extreme version of capitalism where any part of the world is subject to military action if its in the commercial interests of American corporations. Greed is a problem for moslems and the US is the pinnacle of this.
