Pee test needs to be fair...

I HAVE TO PASS A URINE TEST FOR MY JOB... SO I AGREE 100%. Like a lot of folks in this state, I have a job. I work, they pay me. I pay my taxes and the government distributes my taxes as it sees fit. In order to get that paycheck, I am required to pass a random urine test with which I have no problem. What I do have a problem with is the distribution of my taxes to people who don' t have to pass a urine test. Shouldn't one have to pass a urine test to get a welfare check because I have to pass one to earn it for them? Please understand, I have no problem with helping people get back on their feet. I do, on the other hand, have a problem with helping someone sitting on their A**, doing drugs, while I work. . .. . Can you imagine how much money the state would save if people had to pass a urine test to get a public assistance check? .. There needs to be changes.

I don't think he's assuming that at all.

Welfare is a huge joke and it's poorly regulated. I can't even begin to count how many home audio systems and DirecTV systems I've installed in trailers and houses where the welfare check was in plain view on the table (We're talking a couple thousand dollars worth of equipment). I'm personally glad my hard earned income is going towards the upgrading of some lazy Americans entertainment center. Bleh. Personally I think welfare should be distributed in credit card form which only authorizes its user to buy gas, food, clothing, or payments towards a housing morgage and/or utilities bill. If they want to buy fancy new shit then they should spend their own earned money.

I jus thought another thing about this. Surely it's more important the people recieving welfare money take the test, because if they are druggies, thats where the money will go, seeing as they have no/little income of their own. If you're gettin employed, as long as you keep your drugs and work seperate, its your money, so spending it on what you like isn't as big a problem
