Sadly enough I've noticed that anywhere between 70 and 92% of all people with a driver's license here suffer from this illness. This is especially frustrating in the morning when you're on your way to work. These retards only switch to first gear when the smacktard in front of them has moved 10 meters away from them and then they take a few seconds to remember which pedal's the gas and which one's the brakes.

Their slow response builds traffic jams as sometimes the volume of cars that can pass the traffic light before it turns orange (yellow for some folks here) and red again is 2 to 3 times smaller than what it could be if everyone would just pay attention.

I suppose I should have clarified, this is for a 4 lane highway, but read within the parenthesis. You will presumably have the slow traffic in the left lane, with the faster traffic going in the right lane. With that said, you'll not want someone driving slow in your right lane, holding up traffic that should be moving fast. Vice versa for the US.
