Im not sure really whats so awesome about it but I found this

Yep.  It's been out for a while but it was never free for Audigy users (until now obviously), only X-Fi users.

I suspect that this is the page where it will be available to download from when it becomes free, but for now it says they are revising the program and it will be free soon:

Edit: Man, look at the list of cards that people had to pay to download drivers for.  Giving out the refunds that Creative promised is gonna be hell.
