How is the teamwork score calculated.

I have searched this forum and others. I can't find anywhere where it gives an explanation for how the teamwork score is calculated.

All of my ratings/scores have been steadily going up since I started, but my teamwork score doesn't.

Anyone know how that works?

No. It helps your teammates, but it doesn't count.
