why the hell do you eurofags call it "maths"
math or mathematics plz
Believe me, if you go to uni you will look back at the A-level maths and realise how easy it was in comparison and how it was spoon fed to you AND YOU WILL MISS IT!!!!
I know it's difficult but eventuallly when you get to apply it to the real world there is a real sense of gratification. No matter how hard you find maths it is worth sticking with

maths is stupid and pointless from year 7 upwards
Everything you use today we couldn't have without Maths.
Shader rendering in games is all done using "math"
Even down to circuits I know that somehow they use imaginary numbers to calculate stuff out.
So what you meant to say is: Maths is EPIC
The concept of imaginary numbers offends me although I do appreciate their value.... no pun intendedteek22 wrote:

I have not actually studied them, I have just gone to some further maths lessons where they are being taught. I personally don't get them either, however I'm sure at some point in my degree they will be explained and actually understand them.sgtdude1987 wrote:
