I was there on my senior ditch day because my parents wouldn't call me off (you have to be excused or else it is a -3% of your grade for each unexcused absence). The nerdiest of nerdy seriously nerdy friggin' do calculus in their free time for fun kids got called off, but I was there. The most people in any of my classes was 5. I need to punch something now, as I was so pissed that day.
My teacher was telling us that the school does that to protect themselves, what if your out driving get in a car accident and end up in the hospital. It's the schools responsibility to have you come to school, and they do that so you can't sue them for neglect or some shit. If you know what I mean.

We dont have a senior skip day but they get out a lot earlier than us. They have 5 while we have 17ish.

We had our skip day awhile ago. I did not skip. Anybody who did not have a note for a legitimate reason of absence got a Saturday detention. Over 20 seniors got a detention. That complained, but hey, they shouldn't have skipped school

I didn't skip on my senior skip day, it was actually pretty stupid anyway. Our english teacher gave us a surprise test (worth a full exam grade) for all of us who stayed. It consisted of one question asking what her name was. The few students that skipped dropped a letter gradeBert10099 wrote:
