Pc wont boot?

Here is the problem when I try to install the XP on my HD I simply get this:

Do you think my HD has failed I use two, so I can replace one of them and use one instead of the other.

Double check that they are plugged it, I've had SATA cables dropping out while sliding the HD cage into my computer.

Are you running it in RAID? Because you need RAID drivers for windows to see the hard drive then.

Does your BIOS handle SATA drives as RAID, IDE or AHCI? If it handles them as RAID, then you need to set up RAID drivers.

If you don't plan on RAIDing your drives, set it to handle SATA as IDE
