You can't run for 14 hours a day. You just can't. Maybe for a few days. But not consistently.

As for running across Europe in 3 days....



Lets say it's 2000 miles across Europe. 3 days = 72 hours. She'd have to sprint at almost 30mph 24/7 to do it in that time, which is obviously completely impossible.
