I'll eat anything, but my uncle refuses to eat anything green: spinach, lettuce, broccoli, etc. BUT he's also extended that to lime jello, mint chocolate chip ice cream, spearmint gum, mash potatoes with parsley flakes, etc. He's a freak.
I really hate Mushrooms. They just feel so disgusting inside the mouth and taste accordingly

In my case, tomatoes (texture mostly), mushrooms (again texture) and other green stuff generally through taste or disturbing texture.

If it's mixed up in anything I can shovel pretty much anything down. Exception would be okra and tomatoes, can't eat mushrooms or tomatoes raw.
I am generally against seafood, but if I had to narrow it down to one thing I'd go with lobster.
