4,000 points disapear from my score today!!!

This morning I had about 14k to 16k points. Tonight I checked it again and my profile just has 9,800 points. I dont have a screen shot to prove it but If I am Gunnery Sargent I must have more than 10K points for sure

Does anyone know what is going on?
