Are you guys trying to screw this game over???
I've noticed that you are now advertising for NO HAX on your BF2S page.
How about a little discretion with what sort of advertisements you allow on your pages.
Nobody likes hackers, so why are you trying to stuff this game by telling everyone where to get hacks every time they log into BF2S.
Grow some brains and lose the advertisement for 187ci.

I notice that in my post above when I wrote the actual website name (which you clearly show a link to on your page) it was edited by the posting system to chage from "187ci" then a ".com" to the phrase NO HAX. If I cant write this website into this post without it being changed, why are you advertising it????
Some pretty awful double standards there me thinks.

In case you haven't noticed this. Look up your own individual stats by PID. My page currently shows an advertising link to a Premium Hack site called 187ci. It in the advertising space near the top right hand corner of your individual stats page.

I know it says 'Ads by Google' but surely BF2s have some control over what is shown on their pages.
I currently have an ad  for hacks on '187ci' and the defencejobs . com . au site.

How's that for action.
I've had the same ads for the past 2 months but 5 minutes after I post the ads have magically changed to couple of new ones.
Cue the ghostly noises.

Jeff has little to no control over what is advertised on the site. It's based on the site demographic, and would you believe it, the individual user's search and browser history

THat can hardly be the case. I have just recently completed a full reformat and reinstall.
Due mainly to the dodgy 'error reading from the server' messages everyone is getting lately.
Didn't help much by the way.
I have no internet search and browser history.

Actually you can specify precise site addresses to not display through Google AdSense, I know, I use it. Otherwise you'd end up advertising your competition.

Some of you guys seem to be missing the point.
I'm trying to say that I think it is pretty poor form to allow an advertisement for BF2 hacks on why I have always considered to be a damn good stats website. I know I can block the ads if I want to but why are they even there in the first place?

I understand what you are saying, but it seemed that you added the "Google Ads" box (or whatever), and it took over from there.
However....

Little or no control over what IS advertised.

Didn't say anything about what isn't.

Yes, because chuy has a job with DICE, he wants to advertise hacks on his site.

Check out how Google Ads work before having an aneurysm please. Using keywords users type in, the service locates sites related to the keywords.

Some ads warp themselves to fit in with the keywords. I have a few prime examples of this from the Project Reality forums, which uses the same service. Occasionally, hacks are advertised, but does that mean the PR team condone hacks?

Google probably doesn't know what they're advertising in each ad, as they have millions of ads. BF2s cannot control what is advertised. So chill and ignore. You can obviously see chuy has countermeasures for the hack sites with NO HAX code.

1) i stopped caring about stats (and actually bf2 in general) about 2 years ago
2) my ads are about history books, war memorabilia, and medals.
