How would you like some new "unlocks" that are actually upgrades for your weapons? For example a better telescopic sight, a larger/more magazine(s) or something like that.
Maybe you could get this upgrades for certain awards.

I would wish for a larger magazine on the sniper rifles.

I get 1 hit 1 kills pretty consistently, but the rounds to go fast.

Excellent idea!  I would suggest crimped clips (like ak-101) for assault, better or thermal sights for sniper, and silencers and/or red dot/reflex sights for spec ops.  Perhaps make it a buy system like global ops?  You could buy different grenade types also(depending on class, maybe smoke for support, medic, AT, and a WP for spec ops).  New pistols?  Extra armor?

Well the original idea is cool, like weapon upgrades. But buying things like wh1pp1ng mentioned will turn this game into large-scale CS. I don't fancy the idea of CS much.

Its a good idea that has been suggested before... I would get a laser sight for the M95 just to scare the shit out of the enemy.

Extended clips for the G3 and AK-74 (imagine one of these suckers with a 60 round mag... ).

AK-74 is meh favourite gun... Get a silencer for it too..

Yes, because it would be much easier to spot humans in the fucking DESERT with a thermal scope.

A thermal sight would be really good for maps like Shonghua Stalemate and Ghost Town...

M1A2 Abrams tanks use a thermal sight as their primary targeting sight all the time, day or night, and in Iraq too.  Thermal sights are about the best sighting mechanism we have, and getting better every year.
