OK, so Norway is finally getting HDTV that isn't rediculously expensive (June 1st), so I'm getting a High-Def decoder. However, my rather clumsy Home Theater set-up uses an audio reciever, and no video reciever. This means that I only have the 1 HDMI input in the TV, and this means that I'll need to get an HDMI-switch.
So, I've decided to get this. Now, this means that I'll be using 5 remotes: One for the TV, one for DVD-player, one for sound, one for TV Channels and one for the HDMI switch.
So, I've decided to get a Logitech Harmony One. I've heard that you can "teach" them to control components that aren't already programmed in the software. Would I be able to do that with the HDMI switch? It comes with an IR remote.
