THE WAR COLLEGE RIBBON IS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IF U HAVE BEEN PLAYING FOR A WHILE BECAUSE IT REQUIRES U TO HAVE A 3:1 RATIO AND MOST PEOPLE BREAKS EVEN. i NEED LIKE 2000 VICTORIES IN ROW TO GET IT AND I ALREADY GAVE UP ON IT ITS THE LAST ON E I NEED BUT WHO CARES.
