I hope that someone agrees with me here because I have watched top gear since the start. Every sunday night I was always glued to the TV watching it and would get annoyed if i missed it. Last series though I just lost complete interest while it was on.

Last season they were STILL rebuilding after the Richard Hammond crash. He's still been going through therapy and the team was still catching heat from folks outside the BBC, and then they were being leaned on. Hammond is back up to speed as of the end of last season, so it's set to be a killer one.

I would agree about the guests, I generally go for a drink/bite to eat/piss while that shit is going on, but I do love the rest of Top Gear. It's not bad when they get someone like michael gambon on, hes a good laugh, or brian cox, infact I dont even mind simon cowell. But these no name morons who used to be on tv like 20 years ago, the fuck is that about!?

I may have said that for seasons 1-5, but seasons 9 and especially 10 were epic every episode. The trip across Botswana was just well... pure win!
