ohhhhh hell yes. Always did it and still do. Sometimes I also find a speck on the windshield and make it hit/avoid various things.

I always imagined some invisible laser beam (or something  along thsoe lines, i dunno it was invisible) cutting all the sign posts in half as the car went past.
