Alright some of you might have heard about my new build - SLI 8800GTS's, 780i, etc. Problem is, I can't decide on RAM atm.

I had decided on 800 Mhz for a long time, but switched to 1066Mhz (Can be changed). I'd settled on Sli Ready, considering I was going with Sli. I liked the set of reapers though.

If I get the Sli set, I will most likely put them under an OCZ Memory Cooler. Naturally, since the Reapers will not fit under one, I cannot put them under it.

Looks / Price aren't that big of a deal. I'd like to stay with OCZ, I could venture to corsair, but I'd like to avoid it.

This is only about RAM atm. You can try to persuade me otherwise in a different topic. SLi is a backup plan so I can step up to the 9900 series if need be. (My current GTS's step up has expired.)

OCZ Sli Ready @ 800Mhz

OCZ Memory Cooler

OCZ Reaper @ 1066Mhz

Edit: It seems OCZ does not make a 2x2GB set of Sli ready @ 1066. A new question: Should I get 800Mhz SLi, or 1066Mhz Reaper?

And Go.

I see no reason why you shouldn't go for the Reaper. Great reviews, awesome heatsink, and a trustworthy company. Go for the Reaper.

SLI ready RAM sounds like a marketing scheme to get you to buy it.  Do they actually do anything to the RAM to make it work well with SLI?  Doubt it.  I'm sure the Reaper RAM will work just fine with two GPUs and it is faster so there's really no competition.

It has some "technology" that "guarantees" it will work at its default settings on an Nforce motherboard.

Only thing I was concerned about here was the Ram fan. lol.

Well it looks like you don't. If you don't have anything to post referring to the topic, GTFO.

On topic:

Thanks for the replies. I've decided. Couple more weeks til build time.
