After playing say fb2 or cod 4 for awhile every once in awhile a warning pops up saying Low Virtual Memory

Virtual Memory is when your computer runs out of RAM and starts using your HDD instead. It's much slower. It means you need to either get more RAM or close unnecessary windows before you play games.

How much RAM do you have?

A simple fix would be to just increase the pagefile size (CP-->system-->Advanced-->Performance-->Advanced-->Virtual Memory)

Either buy more ram or increase your pagefile indeed. The pagefile will get rid of the warning but will go as slow as before.
