Anyone got any good DVD burning software? If its free that would be best but if i gotta torrent it i guess that would work to.

DVD burning can mean a lot of things... burning ISOs to DVD, DVD to DVD, making DVDs into ISOs, etc.
I personally use Nero (torrent nero 7, nero 8 is not properly cracked) and PowerISO. They cover all aspects of DVD burning.

I recommend using specialized software for each part. One program to convert, one to build the DVD structure, and one to burn it. I prefer to use TMpgEnc Xpress 4.0 for my conversions. Simply because it does soooo many formats and it does a very good job in quality. You can use any program to do the conversions but I would read up on reviews to find which program gives the best quality vs speed.
I then use a program called DVDMaestro to build my DVD, including menus, etc. Only takes a few minutes to add menus once you know how. DVDMaestro creates all the needed DVD structure (bup, ifo, ts, etc) and then I use Nero to burn it either to disc or as an ISO that I can mount in Daemon tools.
For burning ISO's though I only use DVDDecrypter.
Yes, there is a crack out there, but I don't think it works. Even with the file they give you to overwrite the original activation-checking file, it still asked me to activate every time I used a Nero program. So Nero still worked, but the activation nag was too annoying for me. I guess I'll try a later release to see if there is a legit crack out there now.Dauntless wrote:
