NA has better mainly because we have more so the chances of having great players increase with the amount of players there are. According to bf2s Even if the UK and Germany combined they would not have as much players as USA.
Also if you look at the rankings pages you would notice that the USA has better stats then Germany and the Uk.

Well, considering most players who are "pro" dont regularly use the same public account, or even pub at all, wouldnt be tallied into this. The only way to find out would be all of EU vs all of USA players. *hint*Apex wrote:
