Every year or so, my 3 favorites change. At one time, they were all Beatles songs, then Eagles songs, then they were Led Zeppelin songs, then Beethoven, then Mozart, then Creedence Clearwater Revival and now I like Blue Oyster Cult. As of this moment, here they are:
1. Veteran of the Psychic Wars(live version) - Blue Oyster Cult
2. (Don't Fear) The Reaper - Blue Oyster Cult
3. Burnin' For You - Blue Oyster Cult

The last 5 minutes are the best part. Best emotional guitar playing of all time.

And I wouldn't say the acoustic one is [i]shit[/s] per se, but yes, the Derek & The Dominos version is 10x better...as it's the original. Plus, Duane Allman was in DATD.
