Daemon Tools is not bundled with spyware. I think it does come with a toolbar, but as SenorToenails suggested, you can just uncheck the box during the installation process. Unless you downloaded your version of Daemon Tools from a torrent site and the crack was a trojan... I've seen that before.
Alcohol has image making, image burning, disc copy, disc erase (for RWs), and "xtra wizard" which lets you make an image file as if you were burning to a blank disc.
