If theres no reset button on ur mobo (look in the manual) then take the battery out for couple of seconds and then put it back in. And be sure that power cable is unplugged!

Do what .Sup said.

Also make sure the CPU, RAM, Video Card, etc. are seated correctly.  Maybe you accidentally knocked something loose while you were fiddling with the CPU, so check all data and power cables also.

Check ram first.

You may be in need of a bios update.
Some mobo's only work with some CPU's after an update.

Thats very true too. See what processors ur mobo supports (on mobo's site) and if your new proc isn't on the list that might be the problem then.

I forgot to say that i dindn't unplug the power cord when i changed the cpu, i only turned the power suply off with the switch behind...

I removed the battery for like 10 seconds and i doesn't change anything but now there is a little noise like a beep, but not the beep you usualy hear...

Depends on the proccessor version, but according to this page you may be in need of version 1201.

I don't know much about BIOS updating but on your mobo's website there has to be a manual on how to update your bios, usually in the same folder as the bios.

Usually, it will require you to put the BIOS file on a flash drive or CD, and boot from that device.  then the updated BIOS will copy itself over.  check on the website though.

Alright i've used EZ flash from asus bios + a floppy and everything when kinda okay after that! I had to switch back to the 3800 first then once my bios went from ver. 0202 to 1502  i didn't boot with the 3800 but booted with the 5200 then i arrange the CMOS and got a 1 st boot with IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL after 5 minutes but now it works!

THANKS A LOT GUYS!
