Im thinking of upgrading my current ram, which is this stuff:

If i grab the OCZ ram, will there be a performance boost? Is it worth it?

Unless you're overclocking, you'll notice very little performance increase, even if it's 133MHz faster. They have higher latencies, too.

The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. Windows Vista 32 can't use more RAM than Windows XP 32.

you'd have to wait for the op. the way i read his post is he wants to replace his old ram with the new. if that's the case then it's not worth it. if he's adding it it's only really worth it if he needs more than 2 gb.

Im on vista 64 bit, i already have 4GB, but i want that bit more power from my ram, so thats why i was wondering on these replacements.

If you're gonna replace 4GB PC6400 with these, and aren't planning on overclocking, you will notice very little to no improvement, as I doubt your computer has 2133MHz FSB.

That's a high price. I can get the same ram for euros what you buy it for in pounds here. If you want that stuff, you might want to look around for a better price
