Ok, it's only bit a few pence but 64bit Vista cheaper than 32bit??

Is there anything I'm missing as I'm (god help me?) thinking of changing over to Vista from XP Pro?

I'll probably get more RAM as I only have 2gig atm but the rest of my system should be fine.

Thanks for any advice

And now I'll put the link in

Oh, and d'u have a 64bit system? if yes, get 64bit Vista.

If that's what you're asking?

Looks pretty good so far, no compatibility issues but I haven't installed 95% of my programs yet.

I had a problem with my mouse (usb) and my hard drive (sata) after installing some updates.
However, a reformat took care of that

Thanks for fixing the link

I'm pretty sure my system is 64bit capable, E6600 CPU, 8800GTX graphics and a P35-DS4 mobo, everything look ok there?

Just a bit surprised that 64bit was actually cheaper than the 32bit to be honest

Think I'll order some RAM and Vista then

The E6600 is a 64bit CPU, so yes, everything looks a-ok there.
