I think that explains it all.  3 different programs show 3 different temps.  I want to believe RealTemp but CoreTemp and Everest show similar numbers.

Also, Core 1 and 2 are almost always at the same temp, and almost always change temps as well.  Same thing goes for Core 3 and 4.  At first I thought I just applied the paste lopsided, but I reapplied the paste, and it's still acting weird.

That cores 1&2 read differently than cores 3&4 is normal. Pretty much everyone with a quad has that problem. As for the different readings, the programs must be using different offsets. Also one program could be reading Tcase, while the other is reading Tcore. Your Q9300 is pretty new so it probs isn't supported properly. Temp sensors aren't all that exact anyways.
