It's quite a stupid mod since I figure the huge magazine will be in the way of your forearm, which you'd want to use to hold the front grip. On a normal MP5 this wouldn't be a problem since you support the weapon further away

I see what you're saying though. It's nice for looks, but you'd have to hold your elbow up and reach around to hold the grip.
