Well, I was playing CoD4 (on its highest, like always) but suddenly, it crashed.
The screen got a lower resolution and it turned gray.
Then it said I had to shut down the system, so it could recover.
I did this. 20 seconds later I started the system again, and it appeared to work fine again (this is the 2nd time I had this kind of crash...)
Then I restarted playing CoD4, same settings as before.
After about 5minutes, the system just shutted down... Now I was getting scared...(this didn't happend previous time)
I tried restarting the computer again after 20 seconds, at first it did quite nice, but then there didn't show anything up on the screen...
It's still on, but I haven't seen anything on the screen... I can hear that something is turned on in the inside, I don't know what, but it seems to work. But in some way, there won't show anything on the screen- as there also won't happen anything more then just 1 thing that is turned on...
Also I can now only shut the computer down by turning off the power of it. (So not by the normal button..)

Can some one give me any advice on what I need to do now???

Thanks

Check all cables etc. from the mobo, could be a frazzled mobo assuming it's the PSU which is still working/powering up.

After 3h of power "on", I shutted it down again by the power supply button.
Then I tried to put it on again and then it gave a sound: 3 times "tuut, tuut, tuut"....

You need to find your motherboard manual and look in it to see what 3 times "tuut, tuut, tuut" means - that's almost certainly an error code that is the modern PC's equivalent of singing "Daisy Daisy"*

Oh, and did it do anything at all after "tuut, tuut, tuut"?

*(that's a 2001: A Space Odyssey reference, btw)

I haven't found any manual...
Also there is nothing happening after the 3 time-sound.

I'll just let an expert come I think.

What motherboard model?
We could look up the error code for you online.

could be power supply going bad... had similar random reboots...checked everything... replaced ps and fixed it...
Love is the answer

3 beeps for your motherboard means that it's not detecting RAM.  (actually, that's a standard code, i should have known that)

Intel website wrote:

BIOS Beep Codes
The BIOS also issues a beep code (one long tone followed by two short tones) during
POST if the video configuration fails (a faulty video card or no card installed) or if an
external ROM module does not properly checksum to zero. Table 13 lists the BIOS
codes.
Table 13. Beep Codes
Beep Description

3 - No memory
Siren - Processor overheat (on reboot)
your RAM might have crapped out.  try reseating it, using only one stick out of however many you have, different combinations, etc.  you could run memtest on each stick to figure which one went bad too.

Ok cool... I was already thinking of buying RAM...
I might go for 2x2GB 800Mhz now.

(I now had 512+512+1024 & 667Mhz I think)
And RAM isn't the most expensive part of a PC
