Anyway, i usually don't eat breakfast or lunch, i may have a snack though, whatever is in the fridge. For dinner I usually have pretty healthy stuff such as grilled chicken with rice or fish with poatoes.
YOU MUST EAT BREAKFAST! You're just fasted for 8 hours my friend it's called sleeping. Your body is in a catabolic state and is essentially eating itself because there is nothing in your stomach.
You've gotta eat at least 6 times during the day that means 3 meals and 3 high protein, low fat snacks to stop your body going into a catbolic state where it thinks you're starving and starts hoarding all the fat you've eaten i.e. depositing it to your spare tire around your waist.
You can drink protein shakes as 'snack' just put some oats in there and a slash of olive oil. I also put some nesquick for some more flavour. You can use milk for these protein shakes. You can also eat some fruit, yogurt, oatcakes, beef jerky as a snack. Just mix it up so you dont get bored.
