^ By that logic, what has the N95 got that other phones don't have except for a stupidly large camera ... if you're that interested in taking a photo, get a proper camera.

WAT!? I use it all the time. I am not a huge texter but probably use like 60+ in a month.
How do you text so little? What do you use then to communicate with people who are not on the internet?
You do realize that you can actually talk to people on the phone don't you?
pffft, I get free txts and hardly the free minutes I get are for use in the afternoon.  I cba to change it as it is like £5 a months. And I get 100 free txts so I use them instead.

So the GPS feature does not talk to you?  No audio chimes when you are supposed to turn?
Anyone know if this is true or not?

All features I don't want on my phone just for the batteries sake and a price I'm not willing to pay for a phone. ^^ Iphone = not worth it in my opinion.

Read his post, he said it was 'amazing'. Unless he's usually this impressed by phones, it should be pretty damn good to be called 'amazing'.

I disagree utterly with that. The camera is the one thing that really lets the iPhone down. I like the iPhone now, I didn't like the old one, but the newer one is pretty impressive. They fixed pretty much everything I said was wrong with it. I'm quite impressed they actually listened.

Having a good camera on a phone is pretty much essential to me. I can never be bothered or never remember to take a camera with me to places and so having a decent enough quality camera on my phone is really, really handy and is the reason that I got an LG Viewty (I have an iPhone too at the moment for work, but I don't really use it unless I'm at work), which has a lovely camera with a good lens and was free.

The iPhone is still a bit overpriced, but it is very nice and they've solved the obvious original faults.

Other than made it 3G, what have they actually fixed?

There's something I don't like the look of about the iPhone; the Touch on the other hand looks better. Must be the thickness or buttons or something.

Loads of stuff. Mostly software related. Giving it GPS is good too, but there's finally a good official SDK out - that's the best thing. The OS updates are very good - virtually no background CPU usage. Battery life is also much improved. It's almost worth getting.

Oh, I thought the old one had GPS as well. Hasn't the SDK been out for a while though? At least, I saw it on the Apple site a good few weeks back.
