M'kay so I am having a lovely issue with Windows that is severly crippling my gaming. My mouse with, at random intervals unplug and replug itself into Windows (or Windows will just say it has unplugged and replugged itself). As of now Windows has taken to giving me the "irony" message, "Your USB device has malfunction and can not be detected please click the bubble for assistance".
I was thinking that since the device is a mouse off of a pre-built system that it might not have the serial built in that Windows uses to identify and find devices connected to USB, that the problem might stem from there as i unplugged the mouse and plugged it into a different port to get rid of my previous issue (The mouse used to disapear altogether but when I switched it to a different port it stopped that). Yet I would have no idea how to resolve this issue. Can you guys help?
