Having vehicles that drive into water just stop working and not blow up? Then after a set time just disappear like they normally would when they are abandoned?

Cause real vehicles don't catch fire when they drive into water last I checked. They should just become disabled. Am I right or wrong?

Wrong. a fire can erupt from the top of the engine block on a APC. its realistic in BF2,

Water has a very explosive factor to it when it is combined with metallic objects! It's the first thing you learn when you read the anarchist cook book section on bomb's from house hold chemicals!

haha yeah i hate how they blow up. it sucks when you're in a vehicle and a bad driver goes in the water then you're dead...

heh?

the APC won't blow up or catch fire if you drive it into the water! you on drugs? LOL

A jeep or Hummer or certain tanks would just be rendered useless in the water. They should'nt blow up or catch fire... kinda stupid.

Duhh what would happen if your team drove all your tanks into the water and they didnt disappear, you'd be f**ked same if they drove an apc into resticted areas
