The family of a Donegal teenager murdered by the UVF 35 years ago have said detectives have found evidence of security force collusion in the case.
Henry Cunningham, 16, from Carndonagh, died in August 1973 when loyalist gunmen ambushed the van he was in.
According to the report, one of the weapons used in the attack had been stolen from a UDR base in Lurgan in 1972.
The HET found evidence of collusion between loyalists and the security forces in the raid on the base.
Both murder weapons were recovered by the RUC in separate incidents in 1974, but despite being linked to a number of unsolved serious crimes, they were later destroyed by the RUC.
It also said they were all incorrectly identified as Catholics working in the construction industry.
Those in the van were both Catholic and Presbyterian.
"The ballistic linkage of one of the murder weapons to the double murder of Catholic workmen gives credence to this scenario," it said.

Yet more evidence of Collusion between loyalist murder squads and the Police who where supposed to be protecting the people instead of helping the murders get armed and away.
So guns which were used to murder people were handed to the UVF and then destroyed after the murder so as not to be used to convict a UVF murder gang because said murder gang had links with the Police. So basically they got them the gun to kill a 16 year old, then destroyed it so protect the murders.
It was popular for the Police to recruit Murders to act as informants, while feeding them information on Catholic targets. Hell they even used to give them the guns to do the job. The police then protect these known murders by destroying any evidence which might convict them.
This is just one of many acts of collusion which has been proven by independent bodies yet not one Police officer has ever been arrested or investigated for any of these crimes.
Today the RUC has been disbanded and replaced with the PSNI which contains a large portion of RUC members. How are we supposed to have any faith in a police service which contains peoples who have helped murders?
