Is there a program which can overlay system usage ie. cpu, ram and temperature, ie. cpu / gpu whilst in-game?

As for the G15, I use Everest, which can display anything you want. I also use Riva mini (lel EVGA precision) for my GFX only stuff.
Hmm I'll play with EVGA Precision for the GPU .. any suggestions for a non-G15 solution to in-app display of CPU/RAM/HD etc. usage and temps?

i tested it myself when i was overclocking my graphic card and it worked great.
it can display for example:
gpu temperature
cpu temperature
fps
hdd temperature
cpu usage (%)
ram usage
page file usage
and more.
only disadvantage is that you can run 1 overlay at the time, so you cannnot see fraps overlay at the same time.
