Two scenarios:

A: Surgical strike on Nuclear sites - I think this would be the most likely to happen. 
B: War on Iran - Israel opts for rolling the tanks into Iran

What do you think would happen.  Who would win? Do you think Syria would be drawn in? Could Israel pull it off?

Otherwise, I'd go with:

C: Air/missle strike on Iran. Rest of Middle East helps Iran retaliate. Israel fires nukes to take the muslims down with them. Globe manufacturers alter their products to show a big, shiny patch of glass where all this used to be.

For a minute, i couldn't find Israel...
Unless they also want to start a fight with Syria and/or Jordan, I don't see them getting to Iran.  I don't think Israel has the capability to airlift such heavy equipment, and I don't see the US supporting or footing the bill for such a plan.

On topic: - A is impossible, Israeli tanks aren't powered with nuclear reactors and have to pass multiple borders.
              - B, although possible is still very improbable.
