A company doing what it can to avoid being unfairly sued by ambulance chasers.  Kind of like big companies having offices in Dubai so they can skirt around those pesky laws.
Why do you feel organisations should not be bound by law?

I just don't understand the mentality of some people to think that laws are there to be avoided and dodged by those that have the means and connections to do so.

What is with you people?  Have you all gone nuts?  I am simply pointing out that a shitload of companies do shit like that to avoid laws, yet we only have a hard on for certain ones around here apparently.

Like, perhaps the ones who are screwing over whole nations.

Besides which, these guys are trying to bring the laws to the US.  It's like the other companies are dodging bullets, and this one is using the law as a human shield.

The wording of your sentence and especially the use of the word 'pesky' inferred you were in agreement with such organisations.

Not my fault the grasp of your English language compares to a 5 year old.

tbh i wasn't even having a go, the wording was off and what you wanted to convey wasn't clear.  But ever the marine everything is an insult.

The reason why Blackwater's position is laughable marine is because they've previously argued, in light of recent incidents in Iraq, that they are bound by US law not the domestic law in any foreign locality in which they're operating.

And when they are in confrontations with military personnel in Iraq due to their own reckless behavior they engage in things like witness tampering to avoid prosecution.

So the issue is not the company wanting immunity for prosecution, as I doubt there is a business on the planet that wants to be subject to any laws, its that Blackwater routinely does things like that this that put military personnel in danger or make their jobs harder than they already are.
