Convince me to Install BF2

I haven't played BF2 in about a year and a half. Well, I lie, I played a few months ago and found it to be quite a disappointment, not the game I used to enjoy playing.
I've been playing CoD4 alot lately, but I am slowly getting tired of it too. Either you play hardcore and get killed every 10 seconds, or you play standard, which requires you to load a guy with 100 pounds of lead into their chest before they fall over and die.

So I need a few good reasons why I should play BF2 again. When I did play it a few months ago, I found that nade spamming had gotten a lot worse, the guns couldn't hit anything, and no, it wasn't my bad aiming. The game just wasn't what it used to be.

I don't have a joystick, so jet flying was quite difficult. I'll complain like everyone else and say that those damn missiles lock on too easily and cannot be evaded with a KB&M.
Heli flying was good, but again, I was not very skilled at it. I could whore the minigun if I wanted, but when it came to TV'ing, I failed miserably.

Not much of a confidence booster.

Some of the best pilots in the world use keyboard + mouse. And no one instantly wins with the TV missile, practice makes perfect.

Never really liked that too much. I know it's much more realistic, but the maps were way too big and it was hard finding people to kill at times.
I have had alot of a fun a few times with PR though.

bf2 has a great balance between weapon damage and recoil. i'm not saying it's realistic, but it's satisfying.
and if you want even sweeter weapons with a bit higher recoil and damage, the point of existence 2 mod is great for infantry. i love the forest maps, or just a lot of greenery in general.
poe2 also easily has the sexiest, custom weapons. vss vintorez as hidden pickup. enough said...

it's the mod that i'm playing the most since it's quite similar to vanilla and not wasting my time running over a map and then getting one-hit-killed like pr or fh2.

If you one of those who hate nade spamming dont play karkand..simple as that!
If you cant hit anyone with a gun use C4.SRAW or GL One hit kill...the best weapons...
If you start bitching about hit detection,bunnyhoppers,cheats e.t.c.
dont install it.. the game is already full of idiots... (nothing personal)
