Question: Do you think it is fair to only give stats back to players who accidently joined 'modified' servers & got their stats reset, or should EA also give stats back to players who had their account stolen [due to 'PID hacking']?

Please express all thoughts & opinions!  I am & have been in an engaging conversation @ EA's Support ( http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg/php/enduser/home.php?p_sid=Y5x6-M6j ) for over a month now, with pages & pages of information.  They claim that they will not give my stats back to my Lieutenant Colonel account, which is of course now, a Sergeant.  I've provided information straight from Bf2's saved information history, along with other proof of my stats, how it happened, what was used, & even, who did it.  This is no complaint [yet it is], I am just filling in my background information on this ongoing issue with EA.

I am running this poll & topic to gain support in this ongoing discussion & issue.  Thank you for your time, please post away to help!

yes i think they should restore it to the point before when ever it happened. but then again dont ea say they cant resotr all the stats to what they were, they can only do the main ones which are global, teamwork and combat? either way they are stupid

FAIR?!, your formulating it like "IF the robbers that stole your house empty,and they got caught is it fair to give the stolen stuff back to the rightfull owner"

if you have cheated, and they have proof they do not revert you otherwise they do!

yeah they reverted my stats, got a 4 star on my accound, raped my gameplay, everyone bans you without question, and EA says, lol no you are "YA RLY!" a 4 star general not a 1 star general.... plz

Wow, you guys are so smart!  Not really though, you could see that my account was jacked by a guy who has copied everything from me.  So, please, go to pbbans, and search Karinger101 for Bf2 & Alias, then click on the ban (which is for being bant @ PsB), then click on PsB's ban.  Now, can you see that more than five IP's exist in the account in more than three countries?  What, you think I hack, then I get a ban, so I move to another country?  You guys are so dumb, no wonder hackers can easily steal our accounts.

Anyways, I doubt that EA will relax their harsh doctrine of handling the current hacking/hi-jacking problem unless the whole system gets a security overhaul.
Discussing with some EA mods on their forums won't help a thing.

if you break the crime u better make sure u dont do the time, a lot of people cheat the problem is some get caught while others dont, u have to know when to stop and the do some normal playing to make ur stats look credible.

No no it was obviously you hacking my server. Why would someone hack your account and help you out with points? You were even bragging about your name and how it was funny.

I know why your so mad too, because before the reset there was a slight chance that with your high rank you might be that good. Now when you are aimbotting as a sergeant your gona get caught much easier. Just ponder the thought of how long its gonna take you to reach even sergeant major!

I cant tell you how glad i am to hear of your reset, this really pleases me. I earned my Colonel account without hacks. Dont you wish you could aim like a man AND have a high rank?
