3G is nothing new. Apple can only hype it because they're Apple and their customer base does not know tech beyond what comes out of Steve Job's mouth.

Not saying it's new, and yes I realize that. But it's still a very fast service.

There's a replacement for DDR2 RAM already, should people not get DDR2 anymore? It's very fast and quite efficient. Just because something new comes out that's faster doesn't mean you're going to like it more. Plus, most 3.5G phones are fucktons expensive.

Yes I can, and just did. It's the exact same concept. 3G is to 3.5G as DDR2 is to DDR3.

You posting those links proves me right: That's a RAZR. It has little to no features and is more or less just a phone. It's faster? Oh wow, that's awesome, too bad you can't do anything with the actual phone. So basically you're paying 200 bucks for "speed" on a phone that can't even put that speed to use. Try finding an actual smartphone with 3.5G, not some dinky RAZR. Try and find what the price is. You'll be surprised.

Back on topic: 02 if you don't care about internet speed much look at smartphones, they offer much more than iphone.

Exactly... I don't want to go and buy another bulky iPod, why not just use the one that comes with the iPhone. And how does this make us naive

I broke mine yesterday...

But I took it to a Nokia repair place today and they fixed it for free because it was under warranty.
