The idea of any hi-fi system is to reproduce the source material as faithfully as possible, and to deliberately add distortion to everything you hear (due to amplifier deficiencies) because it sounds 'nice' is simply not high fidelity. lol chill out what i mean to say is although the processor is awesome the other componenets are somewhat budget, with a somewhat outdated gfx card in it ...have u considered a custom build ?

TBH, I'd get the cheaper one and just replace the graphics card and PSU. That's what a friend of mine recently did, and got himself a great spec'd PC for less than he could have built one for.

Yes, but you have to remember the large majority of the world couldn't give two fucks about overclocking, but still want good computers.

EDIT: Honestly? What kind of criteria for buying a computer is that? Clearly if you're not building your own you're not going to have the know how to OC.

If one can replace PSU, one can pretty much build a computer. The only other thing that might be considered hard is attaching CPU

I did the PSU for him. But he was pretty against building his own. I figure anyone that's played with Lego could build a computer.
