Serial killers are almost always well educated. Most other races other then Caucasian do not get as good of an education(except maybe Asians specifically Japanese). Another reason why is that most people in the US/Europe are Caucasian which is where most serial killers are from. Now why you may ask do most serial killers live in the developed world maybe most of the under developed world are to busy trying to survive to carefully think murders through. I dont know how more Asians dont snap and go on killing sprees I would if I lived in that densely populated cities. Maybe its because they are very strict in those countries and they have very little free time cause most of them are hard working.
