only veteran members are admins

you have to be active on the server, and section( but the US section is pretty much dead), have a good attitude and just wait for it.
But it will be hard/impossible because of the lack of activity on the US section

o ok well im online from about 10:00am to about 4:00am and do some militray training but thats all then im on the rest of the time

You can't just buy your way in and as far as I know there is no specific criteria either.

To be honest, a 10 day account probably won't win the trust of many of the senior members here.

The game servers are currently being reviewed as we are moving over to trackr, we still have to decide how many servers and what games to cover ...
To be a game server admins takes dedication over time witch is very hard at the moment seeing as we have very little activity on the present servers ... i'm sure that will pick up when the server structure is finished ...

I hope the BF2s servers pick up once the 1.5 patch arrives. Then I can maybe get back to administrating it.
