Im not gonna sit here and say I hate bill clinton.  I was too young to really understand the administration.  I joined the army 6 months before he left office though.  I just know that when he was president, my mom was struggling to find work anywhere and today she's the CEO of her  own clinical research consultancy corporation.

Did you read "Against All Enemies"?  Read it.  Richard Clarke told Bush something was going to happen but he was too obsessed with Saddam.  It's in his book, and he told the same to the Congress after he left the administration.  So, Bush had 9 months and he didn't prevent shit.  Why blame Clinton?
