How do I download Rapidshare files with Download Accelerator Plus?
I use IDM, and I guess they're the same basic thing...
There should be an option within the program for you to perhaps paste the Rapidshare URL into it to start downloading, or make it instantly start as soon as you copy the link to your clipboard.
IDM does, anyway.

Make sure you have direct download enabled in your rapidshare preferences.
I have direct download enabled, and when I copy and paste the rapidshare url into the download accelerator, it just takes me back to my browser and downloads like a normal file would.

Also, is there a way that I can download all these files at once without having to copy and paste each link into IDM. yes, i have a premium account
highlight them all, right click, download with IDM.
