On Topic: It is good to see North Korea keeping their word on multiple levels. It shows that our little "axis of evil" is actual not as evil as put. They can be negotiated with in order to prevent more bloodshed and loss to all economies. This move also means that the DPRK will have a little more money to allowcate to different projects, hopefully more humanitarian ones. However, I believe that the overall benifit is to show that anyone can be negociated with.
