The worst map on bf2.
It's absolutely horrible.

I'd agrre with you if there wasnt that sweet mountain to drive down at about 250 mph. Other than that... crapola.

that map is probably the most beautiful map ever created. and i do love that sweet downhil. that reminds me that i was in a dune buggy and 2 APCs were trudging up the hill, they opened fire on me and i was like oh shit what do i do now? so i just barley make it out of there alive, i jump clear off the cliff, my car is on fire, i bail out, hit the ripcord, and watch as my car falls and explodes. amazing. From a combat standpoint thought, its the worst map.

i like every map in the game.. but zatar i think is the worst. it can still be somewhat fun though....
I like it at times. When I play on a computer with anything but perfect graphics the fog makes it a bitch though.

I love that map. Once, a BlackHawk was owning all the ground forces below. I jumped into an empty heli and rammed it straight on.

I love that map. I haven't played it in a while though. I'll have to play it again.. Especially now that I can lay mines anywhere and won't TK.

hate it. that fog makes me crazy, i can't see, i can't aim, i can't fly and gets me a terrible headache.
worst map ever. if they'd remove the fog then it'd become an interesting map to play, but with that fu***ng haze i simply lost interest in playing. really terrible
usually if the server loads that map i change server. i really can't stand it, makes me willing to uninstall the game

I love it, my favourite map in the whole game, and because of the variety of tactics you can use. And its the closest thing that China has to an urban mao, except with jungle!
I love the fog. Very atmospheric, and it helps you to hide.
In an interesting twist Karkand, which everyone else loves, makes me want to die and uninstall the game.

Songhua can be fun, I don't play it that often but it is the coolest shotgun map I know. The enemy always rams their clip into the bushes of bamboo and then you can finish them off with the shotgun!
I dont play it very often, but I like it.
September last year, I purchased bf2 and was the biggest noob ever on every map and the first round I had a K/D > 1 [in a round] and a gold star was Songhua Stalemate.

nothing wrong with stalemate, though I hate kubra dam...
well, usually, because of the map setup and the large number of vehicles ( esp. APC's ) it becomes a race for flags at some point. Your team caps a flag, in the meantime the enemy flanks you and caps one of yours, you take it back, they take back theirs, repeat. There have been times when I haven't left my APC for the whole round, driving from flag to flag.
It's really difficult to keep the enemy team contained.
But at least there are enough vehicles for everyone. So it's alright.
My least favourite map is Kubra dam. I hate that setup. Jets own, no AA, and those fuckin hills...man, it sucks.
Lately, whenever that map came up, I have been playing sniper, taking out single infantry. That has been kind of fun. apart from that, Kubra sucks.
It's really difficult to keep the enemy team contained.
But at least there are enough vehicles for everyone. So it's alright.

I got my best scores with Chinese team/Chinese theater on that map. Excellent for commanding, good if you know how to drive.
And I think its good because you get to keep moving, you don't just keep getting spawnkilled all the time (if youre losing and are down to 1 flag, which rarely happens)

I reckon Songhua is good, just have a crap computer so I cant play it much (stick to 24/7 one map servers, normally Wake ). If there was a Songhua 24/7 in Oz (or anywhere in the world that I can get a decent ping) I would visit it alot.
I hate Kubra dam, worst map in BF2... the others aren't bad when I can get on them, Zatar is alright... Just too big...

songhua is a AT-mine whore heaven love that map, also a good sniper map.

Songhua is one of the best maps in the game. I probably just think that because I am really good at it for some reason. 95% of the time I get a gold medal on that map and my win/loss on Songhua is higher than any other map. Worst map is probably Oman or Op Clean Sweep.
